The University of Castile-La Mancha was founded in 1985 as a result of the political autonomy and collective desire expressed by the society of Castile-La Mancha and shared by the regional government.
With campuses in Albacete, Ciudad Real, Cuenca and Toledo, and centres in Almaden and Talavera de la Reina, the University of Castile-La Mancha is a young, modern, dynamic, and competitive university, committed not only to the preparation of students for professional activities, but also to their integral and well-rounded education.
